Myna is partnered with Twilio to power SMS, WhatsApp, and Email channels. Registration is completed through Myna’s guided process, ensuring fast approval and compliance with regional carrier and regulatory requirements.
Depending on your country and selected channels, certain verification steps may be required before sending live messages.
1. Why is Registration Required?
We want your Campaigns to be successful. Registering your business enables the following:
Improved message deliverability
Reduced spam filtering and carrier blocking
Ensured compliance with regional regulations
Myna streamlines this process by submitting the required information securely to our messaging provider.

2. Creating a Customer Profile
This is the first step of the Twilio Registration and refers to the process of setting up your business or individual profile.
A) Business Info
In this section, enter your general business information. We have pulled some of the entries from your Business Profile to make it easier.
Legal Business Name: As it appears on your tax record, formation documents, or bank statements.
*If you're an individual, simply enter your full name.
Website: Enter your website address starting with https://
*If you don't have a website, check the box next to "None". Myna will auto-generate a website for registration purposes.
Business Region of Operation: Select the region for your campaigns.
*If you operate in more than one region, select a primary and contact support for multi-region registration.
Business Type: Select the relevant corporation type.
*If you're an individual, select Sole Proprietor. Your registration form will be slightly different. More on that here.
Business Registration Identifier: Select the relevant business ID code.
Business Registration Number: Can be found typically on your formation documents and tax returns.
*For Sole Proprietors (USA & Canada only) that do not have a Business Tax ID, you can ignore this.
Business Industry: Select one value that is most relevant to your business niche.
Social Media Profile URL (Optional): Enter your main social media profile.
B) Point of Contact
Enter the direct contact information for an authorized representative of your business, typically the owner or manager. Include their business title and their job position level.
C) Physical Business Address
This is pulled from the address you entered in your Business Profile. Confirm that this is the correct address and country.
*If you're a foreign business but operating in the US or Canada, enter your foreign business address.
*If you're registering as a Sole Proprietor (no business), you MUST enter a US or Canadian physical address.
Double-check your entires, and click Submit Profile.
Make sure your application is accurate to avoid delays!
You'll see the "In Review" status under this step.
Most profiles are approved within 24-72 hours.
3. Approval Process
Once your Customer Profile is approved, Myna will submit Brand and Campaign registration on your behalf.
The process is completely automated, enabling a competitively fast approval times.
How does Myna do this?
As a result of submitting so many applications, Myna has been able to normalize this process with a generic application for our users. Each application we submit on behalf of your workspace will include the following:
Campaign description
Sample messages
Custom website for your business that includes opt-in consent
Opt-out logic and keywords
The entire approval process can take 7-10 business days. Myna cannot control this timeline- it's subject to the carriers in your country, and application volume.
4. Choose your Phone Numbers
Once you receive your Approval notice, you'll have access to the Phone Numbers page. Here you'll be able to search and claim numbers for SMS campaigns.
Claimed numbers are unique and fully belong to your Workspace.
Search by country code, area code, or specific digits within the phone number to find what fits your business best. Browse available inventory — there are typically thousands of numbers to choose from at any given time. You can claim multiple numbers up to your plan’s limit.
Note: Not all country or area codes may be available. Availability is subject to carrier inventory and regional regulations.
