Overview
Myna offers three plans designed to support businesses at different stages of growth. Each plan includes the core Myna platform — AI agents, campaigns, knowledge bases, and omni-channel communication — while higher tiers unlock additional scale, integrations, and automation capabilities.
Plan Pricing and Terms
Myna plans are billed monthly, with your billing date occurring on the same day each month that you originally subscribed.
All plans operate on a month-to-month basis, meaning you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Upgrades: Take effect immediately - your Workspace will gain access to any new features right away.
Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Your current plan and features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Credits
Credits are the unit used to measure activity within Myna. More on credits here.
All plans include 100 free monthly credits so users can begin building and testing agents immediately. Additional credits can be purchased the following ways.

Enable Auto Recharge and pay-as-you-go.
Workspaces
A workspace is your organization's environment inside Myna. It contains your agents, campaigns, knowledge bases, contacts, and integrations.
Each workspace represents a single company or organization using the platform.
Each plan comes with 1 workspace.

Users
Users are team members who can access and manage the workspace.
Each workspace can have multiple Users to collaborate on campaign-setup, Agent training, and more.
You're allowed an unlimited number of Users, regardless of plan!
Agents
Agents are the AI characters you create within a Workspace. Think of them as unique personalities that can be assigned to one or more Campaigns.
You can create a single Agent to represent your brand, or build a team of Agents to run A/B testing and support different campaign goals.
For example:
Campaign A is for new client inquiries. Maybe you want to assign this task to a warmer, friendlier, casual Agent.
Campaign B is to handle warranty claims for your existing customers. You want to assign this campaign to a more disciplined, formal Agent.
You're allowed a limited number of Agents depending on your Plan.
Campaigns
Campaigns are the jobs assigned to your Agents within a Workspace. They define messaging rules, follow-ups, scheduling logic, conversation behavior and more.
Is your Campaign for customer support? Is it for scheduling appointments? Is one Campaign for SMS, another one for Email? The possibilities are endless.
Omnichannel Messaging
Myna supports multiple messaging channels so agents can communicate with contacts wherever they are.
Supported channels may include:

Phone Numbers
Myna- in partnership with Twilio and regional carriers- provides dedicated phone numbers for each Workspace. During setup, you can choose from thousands of available numbers based on your preferred area code or number pattern.
Myna also manages regional regulatory requirements, such as A2P 10DLC registration in the United States and Canada, so your messaging campaigns remain compliant with carrier rules.
Knowledge Bases
All plans include Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities. This allows your Agents to search through your stored knowledge when processing and responding to messages, helping them provide more accurate and context-aware replies.
Integrations
Integrations allow Myna to connect with external systems such as CRMs, automation platforms, and custom applications. Myna offers native integrations with several widely used platforms, with additional integrations continuously being added.
Higher-tier plans also unlock API access and custom integrations, allowing you to connect Myna to your own systems or build advanced automation workflows.
