Setting up your Memory Hub early ensures your agent speaks accurately and confidently on behalf of your business.

1. What is the Memory Hub?

Your Memory Hub is where you store the information your agent will use during live conversations. It's your Agent's knowledge base. This includes FAQs, product info, pricing, policies, objection rebuttals, scripts, and any business knowledge your team relies on.

There are two categories in your Memory Hub:

  • General Memory : Workspace-wide knowledge that applies to all agents and all campaigns. Use this for evergreen business information such as:

    • Company background

    • Pricing structure

    • Policies and terms

    • FAQs

    • Portfolio

    • Service descriptions

    • Anything considered general knowledge for your agents/employees.

  • Knowledge Bases : Campaign-specific knowledge that can be attached to individual campaigns. This is ideal for specialized content such as:

    • A deck or script for a specific offer

    • Product-specific information

    • Seasonal or regional campaigns

    • Industry-specific FAQs

    • A training set for a niche audience

Campaigns, in addition to having access to the General Memory (by default), can have one or multiple Knowledge Bases depending on how complex your workflow is.

To begin, let's add entries to the General Memory section first. Worry about Knowledge Bases later if needed.

2. Adding Memory Entries

A) In the General Memory tab, click on "+ Add New Memory".

B) Add Text Content

Write clear readable text or paste snippets. You can also type instructions for the agents, such as rebuttal responses. This type of data and train your agent for more sales-centric campaigns.

Example:
If the contact says "It's too expensive" or "I don't have the money" or similar claims, respond and mention that Caballero's Electric offers several financing options and payment plans with as little as no money down.

C) Add a URL

Add a link to a website from which you would like Myna to scrape and store the text. Note: Myna only scrapes the specific page from the URL address. Additional pages from a website will require separate entries.

Example:
https://www.caballeroselectric.com/about-us

D) Add a Fille

Myna supports several file types and has the ability to scrape the data from text, PDF, and file images. You can upload several files at once.

Example:
CompanySalesPolicies.pdf
PricingSheet.xlsx

E) Select any Tags

Though optional, this can be effective in the future if you'd like to sort your entries by categories. By default, the General tag is selected (leave it selected), but let's say you have entered a rebuttal instruction, select the tag Rebuttal. Tags will help the agent reference your memory entries more accurately.

F) Save Memory

Once your click "Save Memory", Myna will process the content, scrape the data, and may even restructure the text so that your Agents can reference it more effectively. Expect longer processing times for larger entries. If needed, the processing will run in the background.

3. How Do the Agents Use the Memory Hub?

Myna uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to make your agent’s replies accurate and grounded in your real content.

Here's the simplified flow on how this works:

  1. The agent reads the contact's message.

  2. Myna retrieves the most relevant memory items from your workspace and assigned Knowledge Bases using embeddings + similarity search.

  3. These retrieved pieces of knowledge are injected into the agent’s prompt before generating a response.

This means your agent never responds blindly — it always references the closest, most relevant information you have provided.

Why this matters? A well-built Memory Hub dramatically improves accuracy, tone consistency, and conversion rates. The more clear, organized, and granular your memory is, the better your agent performs.

Our team is constantly working on improvements and complex retrieval strategies to enhance your Agent's performance.
