Your Business Profile tells Myna who you are as a company — it powers things like Twilio registration, time zone logic, and how your brand appears inside the app.

1. Open your Business Profile

Note that only users with Admin permissions will be able to complete the Onboarding checklist. Get started by clicking on the corresponding checklist item from the Dashboard, or by going to Settings -> Business Profile.

2. Add your General Business Info

Complete your Business Profile.

A) Add Business Logo

Option to customize your Workspace with your Logo.

Images will be auto-resized to 250x50px for optimal quality.

B) Friendly Business Name

This is how your business appears in Myna (e.g. on dashboards and labels). Your agents will use this name to identify who they work for.

C) Legal Business Name

Your official registered entity name used for billing and compliance (e.g. A2P registration for US businesses).

D) Business Email, Phone, and Website

Enter your primary contact info (e..g support email, main office line, main URL) that you can optionally reference in your campaigns. Note: the phone number here will not be used to send/receive messages on Myna. You will select numbers in a later step.

E) Business Niche

A short description of what your business does.

F) Business Physical Address

Use your main operating address (or headquarters address) — this is important for compliance, billing, and local time/region logic.

G) Set your Time Zone

Make sure your time zone matches where your team mainly operates. This is the timezone used for your workspace, but you'll be able to select different timezones for each Campaign if needed.

3. Save your Changes

Once you’ve filled everything in, review your details and save your changes on the page. After saving:

  • Step 2 will be marked complete in your Getting Started checklist.

  • Your Business Profile info will be used across campaigns, Twilio registration, and system messages.
